TiCQet is the largest ticket sales and distribution platform in Rwanda, offering suitable ticket plans and purchasing options. Customers can access TiCQet event ticketing platform using different channels such as Mobile App (iOS and Android) and Web.
Some specific advantages of our platform include:

Do I need to register or make an account with TiCQet before purchasing tickets?
No, TiCQet does not require its customers to go through a registration process or create an account before buying tickets.
However, creating an account is strongly recommended in order to receive the latest updates, enjoy our newsletter service free of charge, view and manage your tickets within the app or website.
Are there differences in price between online and in-person ticket purchases?
No, the price of a ticket is the same across all our platforms, regardless of how you choose to complete your purchase.
2. TICKETS
Is a physical printout of the ticket required for entry?
No, if you purchase your ticket online, you will receive an email with a uniqueTicket ID and QR code. Please save that information, either on your phone or as a printout, and be prepared to present both the ticket ID and the QR code at the venue entrance. Once the information has been scanned and verified, you will be granted access to enter the venue.
I've lost my ticket. What should I do now?
If you print out your ticket and misplace that copy, please return to your confirmation email to access your e-ticket. This email will always include your e-ticket as an attachment. If you have an account, you can also view your ticket at any point online. Also if you delete your emails together with your ticket, you can contact us for support.
I never received my ticket. Can you re-send it?
You can generate your ticket online by clicking the“Print Ticket” link on the home page of our website www.ticqet.rw. If you did not receive a ticket confirmation email ,Please contact our helpline on 2838 or text us on whatsapp 0787272036 and our customer service representatives will assist you.
I want to buy tickets for my family, is there a maximum number I can purchase?
Yes – You are only allowed to purchase up to 10 tickets at once .Here you will receive all the 10 tickets each with a unique ticket ID and QR code.
What is an E-Ticket?
Electronic tickets, or e-tickets, are delivered to you electronically through your Email. You must download and print your e-tickets, which will have a QR Code and will be valid for entry into the event. Some things to know about your e-tickets:
- When your e-tickets are ready to download, you will receive an email with instructions for accessing your e-tickets through our secure website https://ticqet.rw.
- Do not share it with anyone because once someone has your ticket, you won’t be able to access the venue once a ticket is already used by someone else.
Will my seats be together?
If tickets are listed in a general category , we guarantee that they will be together.
3. PAYMENT
HOW TO BOOK TICKETS
- Go to the name of the Event you want to attend and Click on Book
- You will find terms and conditions, you will be required to agree to the terms and conditions. Then Click Continue ,you can either sign in with your email or click on continue if you don’t want to sign in your email.
- You will find ticket categories with different prices ,you choose the category of your choice .
- After choosing a category ,you are directed to the available blocks with indicated color ,you choose a block of your choice in the shown color
- You will find available seats in that block ,click on View seats, choose the seats you want to purchase among the indicated available seats
- Click on checkout to continue
- Enter your full names or the names you want to be displayed on the ticket.
- Enter Your Email (Where your ticket will be sent)
- Click Proceed
- Continue for Payment
- Choose payment method you want to use

- Confirm Payment
- The ticket will be sent to your email address provided above.
Does the owner of the credit card used to purchase the ticket need to be one of the event attendees?
No – the owner of the card used to purchase the ticket does not need to be one of the event attendees. However, please note that all attendees should carry proof of payment to be used for verification incase of any issue that might arise. Attendees should be prepared to present both their proof of payments and the ticket at the venue entrance.
What payment options do I have?
The different payment options are:
- Credit card (Visa and MasterCard)
- Debit card
- Mobile wallets (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, )
- Prepaid Cards(SafariBus Cards and BKArena Cards)
How does the transaction appear on my card / account statement?
Transactions withTiCQet will appear as “Ticqet www.ticqet.rw” on your bank statement.
Is it safe to use my credit card on this site?
Transactions on TiCQet are extremely safe. We employ premium cyber security measures to protect our website transactions. In addition to certification from VeriSign, TiCQet uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) data encryption. SSL prevents unencrypted transmission – denying unauthorized personnel access to sensitive information.
REFUND POLICY
As a general rule, if a ticket is purchased , it’s not refundable and cannot be cancelled. Please be absolutely sure you want to purchase the tickets before booking.
Please note that refund may be on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with event and vendor ticket policies.
What if the Event is Cancelled?
- If an event gets permanently cancelled, TiCQet, in consultation with the event organiser, is obliged to refund the full value of the ticket for the cancelled event to the ticket holder.
What happens if an event is postponed?
- If an event is postponed, TiCQet shall be entitled to offer ticket holders either a refund of the face value of the ticket or a ticket at the same face value for the alternative event on the date stimulated by the Event organiser.
REFUND PROCESS
In case of the event being postponed
- The ticket holder is required to contact customer service to let us know whether or not they would like a refund or a ticket at the same face value for the alternative event on the date stimulated by the Event organiser.
- The ticket holder will have to retain the Ticket(s) and upon our request to send them back to us.
In case the event is cancelled
- The ticket holder is required to contact customer service and present the ticket(s) purchased after which TiCQet will start the full refund process.
Entry
Entry to the Venue begins two hours before tip-off of the first event.

- Weapons/Firearms/Knives
- Laser Pens
- Pepper Spray/Mace
- Signs and Banners
- Alcohol
- Outside Food & Beverages
- Glass, Cans, Aluminum Bottles
- Hoverboards/Skateboard
- Animals
SECURITY
- All guests entering the venue will be subject to physical screening via a walkthrough magnetometer (arch) and/or hand held magnetometer (wand). All bags entering into the venue will be searched prior to entry.
